CTRL-V is a 2D side-scrolling platformer where you enter the digital
world of your corrupted computer through a newly installed antivirus program
called CTRL-V. Your goal is to beat the evil Digital Assistant and find your
way to the core of the system.
The main mechanics are the ability to copy, cut, paste
and undo objects, allowing you to creatively alter the environment and
overcome obstacles. The shortcuts are your keys to victory: use them wisely to
manipulate your surroundings, overcome threats, and restore stability to the
system.
Group Project
Your keyboard shortcuts are your weapons. Scan blocks of data, then reshape the world inside the computer.
Scan a copyable block and store a perfect duplicate of it in your clipboard, ready to be placed anywhere.
Remove a block from the world entirely. Clear a path, or steal a platform to reuse it somewhere else.
Place the block in your clipboard back into the world: build bridges, stairs and shields out of stolen data.
Made a mess? Roll back your last edit and put the world back the way it was. No consequences. Mostly.
